Any duties or taxes applicable to cross-border shipments are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for customs delays.
Returns, Refunds and Final Sale Items
We accept returns on most unused, like-new items within 30 days. Final sale items include water filters, electrical parts, pumps, solenoids and special-order items, as well as parts that have been used or installed. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to apply deductions for missing accessories or excessive wear where applicable.
